The Time is Now.

For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. 2 Corinthians 6:2

Today’s post is going to be a bit different from the regular but stay with me. I believe there are many people in a defining moment at this time. Individuals, organizations, and even nations. God says Now is the time. Now is the time for the new. Now is the time for manifestation. Now is the time to break forth.

Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Isaiah 43:19

Now is the time to spring forth. Not tomorrow, not next week, now. This is your moment. If you believe this, then there is one step you and I must engage.

Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord God; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.

So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army. Ezekiel 37:8-10

It is time to speak, it is time to prophesy. It’s time to speak not to God but to things. It is time to speak to the new, to the breakthroughs, the blessings, the mountains, or whatever it might be. In the verses above, God commanded Ezekiel to speak to the wind, asking it to do what He wanted to be done. In this same manner, I believe God wants to fill out mouths with utterances, so we can begin to speak, we can begin to prophesy in this season, and cause His word to be made manifest in our lives.

When Jesus stood at Lazarus’s grave, Jesus prayed and after He was done, what did he do? He spoke to the dead, He spoke directly to Lazarus, not to God. He said Lazarus come forth.

Now when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth!” John 11:43

We see this same principle applied when Peter rose Dorcas from the dead.

But Peter put them all out, and knelt down and prayed. And turning to the body he said, “Tabitha, arise.” And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up. Acts 9:40

Peter prayed and when He was done speaking to God, guess what he did, he spoke to the dead, he asked dead Dorcas to get up and she did. It is manifestation time, but to see our promises manifest, we must speak. We must prophesy. We must call them forth. It’s not a time to be silent, it’s a time to decree so that God’s word is established in our lives.

In the next few minutes, I want you to do the same. This is time, this is the season. You’ve prayed and it is time to speak to things. So, I stand in agreement with you at this moment and I want you to speak to the things that need to spring forth, come alive, or be moved in your life. I encourage you to speak these words over your life:

  • Every blessing God has given to me in this season, be released into this earth, into my life right now in Jesus’ name
  • Every breakthrough assigned to me, be made manifest in Jesus’ name
  • I call forth every blessing assigned to me, spring forth right now In Jesus’ name
  • I speak to every mountain and hindrance in my way, be moved out right now in Jesus’s name
  • Everything dead in my life, I speak to you, come alive right now in Jesus’ name (you can be specific, mention whatever it is)
  • The new season God has for me, In Jesus’ name, I command spring forth right now

Don’t stop here, this is meant to ignite your heart. Let the Holy Spirit lead and grant you utterance. Continue to prophesy.

Love always

Obebi
